Mrs. Hollenbeck was my high school English teacher. When I didn't initially enroll for her Honors English class she was furious and did not attempt to hide it from me. She saw something greater ini me that I was hiding and suppressing. She challenged me to rise beyond what was easy and see what I could truly accomplish. ​

Craig was my supervisor at Sentry Insurance. He took me under his wing when I started with the company at an entry level position. As I rose through the ranks he continued to mentor me and he really got to know me. He learned about my interests and dreams. He encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and change my life. His encouragement gave me to the power to follow my dreams.

David was a coworker and supervisor at Kyungpook National University. He knew that I wanted more than to just go through the motions in my teaching position. He always pushed me to share ideas, make myself available for projects and voice my opinion with the head teacher and other managers. He motivated me to take action and make my own future.
