Learning Contracts: Using Media for Self-Directed Learning

The objective of the project is to increase student-directed learning and instill a desire to continue learning outside of the classroom. Through the implementation of a learning contract, students can be empowered to choose their own learning goals, create their own schedule, set a deadline and design their own assessment for their learning. 

 

Most students choose to incorporate and utilize some form of media, such as music, TV, movies and social media, to address and practice their specific needs and desired goals.
